Semurg Ventures is a venture fund and venture builder based in Tashkent. We invest in early-stage technology companies across Central Asia and the CIS, and build our own products alongside founders. Since 2022 — 10 portfolio companies across FinTech, InsurTech, AgroTech and B2B SaaS, with over $5M under management. We bring more than capital: our team, infrastructure and partner network work on the growth of every company.

## Team

- **Ulugbek Mirzamukhamedov**, Co-founder, Board Member — Ulugbek Mirzamukhamedov is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of management experience. He began in manufacturing in the mid-1990s, founded Alubond Composite Material and Roison Electronics, and led divisions at Murad Buildings. In 2020 he co-founded Semurg Insurance and joined its board; in 2021, with his direct involvement, the Semurg VC venture fund was established. He is also the founder of Eco Carbon Services.
- **Mahmud Qodiri**, General Director — Mahmud Qodiri is a seasoned entrepreneur, innovator and business analyst specialising in company systematisation, digital transformation and the design of sustainable business models. He brings hands-on experience launching IT projects, fintech solutions and industry-specific platforms across insurance, agribusiness and corporate governance.
